Information Overload for Mommy!

information overload mid-life mommyHave you ever been in information overload? I’ve signed up for this cool Blogger Mastermind course given by Blog Master Yaro, and already I’m behind. Big time.

Since I’m paying for the course I’m trying to stay up with all the materials, but there is just too much reading and follow up for me to do. It’s like being in school full time.

And of course I’ve got a life – if you count two other blogs and my three and a half year old. And a husband, two dogs and a cat.

Too much to do. Too much to clean.

My solution.

Write short blog posts.

Hire a house cleaner.

Only take care of what is in front of my face that moment. – My daughter, my hubby, my dog.

Read a little each day on my courses.

Play more often.

I’m staying somewhat sane.

I think it is the playing part that helps.

    Stay the course Michelle!

Remember to focus on the most important things first, then schedule time for additional activities.

    I’d say it goes:

    1. Family/life
    2. Write pillar articles
    3. Market your blog
    4. Study Blog Mastermind

If you can do all that in each given day you will get through, remember too that it’s not a race, you can do this in your own time.

That’s a rule I apply and remind myself of every time I feel overloaded.

Prioritize and relax, you can always do tomorrow what you couldn’t get done today.

Great Advice Yaro! I loved your info about having time to swim or exercise. I haven’t been doing that in the last couple of weeks. It’s showing up in my mental health. Back to Yoga!
    And thanks for visiting.

You read Antique Mommy? She’s in your place, too, and captures it well.

    Priorities. Always a shuffle.

I can’t believe I signed up for Yaros class! I could have spent six months on the book, but nooooo I go ahead and jump in with both feet without checking to see how deep it was…:)

Actually, it is a great class and I’m meeting lots of new bloggers. Since I already know how to use wordpress and blog etc, I can focus on the details that I want help with.

    Now for those pillar articles….
