Hiking Straight Up The Manitou Incline

by Mid-Life Mommy on October 21, 2011

I have a lot of goals, and rather than wait until January 1st, I’m starting now. today.

  • Get in Shape
  • Loose 30 pounds
  • Write another book
  • Audition for the Amazing Race
so I started:

This hike is a set of railroad ties up the side of Pikes Peak , at the bottom of Manitou Springs Colorado.  It’s about 2,000 feet elevation gain in under a mile, starting at about 6500 feet..

Crazy?
